Dar El Haddad est un monument tunisien considéré comme l'un des plus anciens palais de la médina de Tunis. Il est situé au numéro 9 de l'impasse de l'Artillerie, dans le quartier historique des Béni Khorassan près de Bab Menara.
L'édifice, élevé au Xe siècle de l'hégire (XVIe siècle), porte depuis le XVIIIe siècle le nom de Saïd el-Haddad, riche fabricant de chéchias et notable tunisois appartenant à l'une des plus grandes familles d'origine andalouse qui se sont installées en Tunisie. En 1734, ce dernier fait de la demeure un bien habous (inaliénable) au profit des deux épouses de son père. Par la suite, le bâtiment acquis par la municipalité de Tunis fait l'objet d'une restauration effectuée par les services archéologiques de l'Institut national du patrimoine et achevée en 1999. Au cours de cette même année, il est classé monument historique par un décret du 31 août.

Dar El Haddad is a Tunisian monument considered to be one of the oldest palaces in the medina of Tunis. It is located at number 9 of the Artillery Impasse, in the historic Béni Khorassan district near Bab Menara. The building, erected in the tenth century of the Hegira (sixteenth century), since the eighteenth century bears the name of Saïd el-Haddad, a rich fez maker and Tunisian notable belonging to one of the largest families of Andalusian origin. who settled in Tunisia. In 1734, the latter made the residence a habous property (inalienable) for the benefit of his father's two wives. Subsequently, the building acquired by the municipality of Tunis was the subject of a restoration carried out by the archaeological services of the National Heritage Institute and completed in 1999. During that same year, it was classified as a historic monument by a decree of August 31.
